About Alex

Climbing the Seven Summits shaped the way I move through the mountains, but guiding and photography are what gives it meaning.
Today, I lead private and small group journeys across the Alps, worldwide mountain expeditions and Polar exploration charters, combining high-altitude experience with photography and storytelling.

Driven by passion

I am a qualified International Mountain Leader, Polar Guide, Drone Pilot and a Professional Photographer based in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From scaling the world’s highest peaks to leading expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctica, I thrive where the wild meets the extreme.

My passion for high-altitude exploration took me on a journey of climbing the highest mountain on every continent, culminating on the summit of Mt. Everest in 2018.

I became the first ever Hungarian to climb the Seven Summits and this journey ignited my mission to guide others through the raw beauty of the mountains and beyond, and inspire people to explore nature.

In 2025 I published my book Beyond The Seven Summits, finding strength where the air is thin.

As a professional photographer and drone pilot, I use my lens to capture the world’s most remote landscapes, advocate for environmental conservation and document the stories of the Polar regions. My work is deeply inspired by protecting the mountains and glaciers and sharing my knowledge on polar history and pioneering female explorers.

An endurance athlete at heart, I always chase the next adventure, whether Polar ski crossing, racing mountain bikes, or pushing my own limits in the mountains.
